Specialising in providing recruitment services within commerce and government, Paul has a Bachelor of Business Accounting and has previously been a member of the CPA. With 13 years in the Accounting Industry, Paul has worked with blue chip organisations in commerce, the profession and government. His strong management accounting background enables Paul to understand business requirements and drivers.

The year 2011 is Paul’s eleventh year in recruiting. Paul has been employed in multinational and boutique recruitment companies specialising in Accounting and Executive positions. During this time he has managed and trained teams of recruiters in Brisbane. Paul has developed strong and loyal client and candidate relationships. He believes in customer service and a direct, honest appraisal of both candidate and client requirements.

Missy Quilliam is Office Manager for People Plus Recruitment. She specialises in Office Support and Accounting recruitment.
Missy has an extensive background in Administration, Account Management and Accounts. She currently maintains a close association within each industry sector.

Through her experience, Missy knows the commitment and skills that are required to make a successful candidate. She is committed to completing all aspects in the selection process, including the development of assigned specifications, pre-screening interviews, behavioural interviews, and reference checking. The above process in conducted with a tailored approach to the client’s requirements.
